A good company starts with their own advertisement in my opinion. The name , Truck , website reviews , & most importantly to me who answers the phone. I called Pure Air Care to have my air ducts cleaned & Annette who set up my appointment was very polite, extremely accommodating, and very professional. Jay & Jaxon came on July 20 th 2026 to set up operations, and were very thorough on meticulously working in my home. They took their time, and actually towards the end covering each vent with plastic until they were done. Jay answered all my questions & Jaxon was truly polite while both working carefully throughout my home. I very rarely give out 5 stars in this case , you guys got 6. Peace of mind, & comfort go along way with Gare.
